To ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification - Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in a related field.
- Preferably 1-3years of relevant experience in workplace safety.
- Familiar with risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Permit-to-Work system, and incident investigation.
- Good knowledge of WSH Act and Regulations.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety training.
- Good communication and coordination skills with workers and management.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
- Responsible, observant, and proactive in identifying hazards.
- Able to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to engage workers of different nationalities.
