Safety Coordinator

To ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification - Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in a related field.
  • Preferably 1-3years of relevant experience in workplace safety.
  • Familiar with risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Permit-to-Work system, and incident investigation.
  • Good knowledge of WSH Act and Regulations.
  • Ability to conduct safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety training.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with workers and management.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
  • Responsible, observant, and proactive in identifying hazards.
  • Able to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to engage workers of different nationalities.
