As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technology professionals to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and support SAP Finance implementations that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Design and configure SAP Finance solutions that support current business needs while enabling future growth and scalability.

Support end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements analysis, functional design, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across business processes and SAP modules.

Participate in workshops, process assessments, and solution discussions, providing recommendations based on business and industry best practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancement opportunities and implementing optimized solutions.

Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts to support solution adoption.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-5 years of experience in SAP Finance, ERP implementation, business analysis, or related functional consulting roles.

Experience in one or more of the following SAP Finance solutions:

SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable)

SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)

SAP FI-AR (Accounts Receivable)

SAP FI-GL (General Ledger)

SAP CO, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Activity Accounting/Allocation

SAP S/4HANA Finance

SAP Fiori Finance Applicatio

Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional solution design.

Understanding of finance and accounting business processes.

Experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years of hands-on SAP experience, preferably within healthcare, patient billing, revenue management, or related industries.

Experience supporting finance transformation, billing, revenue management, or digital finance initiatives.

Exposure to SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, or support projects.

SAP certification in Finance-related modules is an advantage
