SaaS Software Engineer (Enterprise Platforms / GRC / IRM)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise SaaS platforms, with a focus on platforms such as ServiceNow and related enterprise systems.
• Implement and customize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Configure and manage Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
• Develop and enhance platform capabilities using workflow designers, business rule engines, and scripting frameworks to automate business processes.
• Build and customize user interfaces, forms, dashboards, and service portals to improve usability and operational efficiency.
• Develop platform scripts and automation using JavaScript and platform-specific APIs to extend system functionality.
• Design and implement integrations with external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP web services.
• Perform data transformation, system connectivity configuration, and middleware integrations to support enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SaaS solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation to ensure performance, security, and reliability of SaaS solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in enterprise SaaS platform development and configuration, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one major Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or business process module.
• Hands-on experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) capabilities such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, or Audit Management.
• Proficiency in platform scripting using JavaScript and experience with APIs, workflow automation tools, and REST/SOAP web service integrations.
