RTC Technician

Job Summary

The RTC Technician isresponsible for carrying out mechanical overhaul activities, includingdisassembly, cleaning, grinding, assembly, repair of parts, and conductingfunctional testing on machines. This role requires strong handson mechanicalskills and the ability to follow technical instructions and safety standards.

Responsibilities

. Performmachine disassembly, cleaning, grinding, assembly, repair, and testingaccording to the operation manual and safety procedures.

. Useprescribed tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete overhaultasks.

. Followwork instructions, mechanical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracyand quality of work.

. Maintainproper housekeeping and adhere to workshop safety protocols at all times.

. Supportadditional workshop tasks as required (e.g., mechanical processing, welding,electrical wiring).

Basic Qualifications

. NITEC or above withrelevant experience in assembly and repair of large mechanical equipment inmanufacturing or workshop environments.

. Minimum5 years of field servicing experience in the mechanical industry.

. Abilityto read and interpret mechanical diagrams or operation instructions.

. Experienceacross multiple trades is preferred, including Mechanical processing, assembly,welding, electrical wiring, testing

. Musthold at least one certified operation license, such as: Lathe, grindingmachine, welding

. Possesslowvoltage electrician certificate is preferred

. Abilityto operate a forklift is advantageous.
