Join our Regional Security Operations Centre (RSOC) team and be part of a high-performing, 24/7 security command centre. As an RSOC Officer, you'll be the first line of defense in managing incidents, threats, and critical situations across APAC sites.
5-Day Rotating Shift
Shifts
▪️ 0700-1500
▪️ 1500-2300
▪️ 2300-0700
Key Responsibilities
Monitor regional security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
Perform live threat analysis and situational monitoring
Respond to and escalate incidents across regional sites
Coordinate with on-site teams and emergency services
Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
Uphold alertness and professionalism in a high-pressure environment
Requirements
PLRD Licensed - SSO or above (SSM cert required)
Minimum 2 Years Experiences In RSOC Operator Role
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Comfortable with rotating shifts and 24/7 operations
Familiar with SOC operations, emergency protocols, and crisis response
Basic IT proficiency (networking, Microsoft Office Suite)
Punctual, disciplined, and situationally aware
Willing to undergo background checks and re-certifications
