RPO Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter - GTM tech (6-month Contract)

Position Summary

We have an exciting 6-month contract opportunity to join the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a leading company in the IT industry, is looking for a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to support hiring for Go-To-Market (GTM) tech roles across SEA. This hybrid role requires working onsite at the client's office in the Depot Road area, Singapore (or Bangsar South area, Malaysia or Melbourne CBD, Australia) twice a week, with the remaining days working from home.

You will partner closely with stakeholders, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and leverage your market expertise to deliver top talent and an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer stage.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology to deliver quality shortlists.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client and candidate experience.

Professional Experience

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Prior experience hiring for GTM tech roles or technology-related positions preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working onsite at Depot Road area, Singapore (or Bangsar South area, Malaysia or Melbourne CBD, Australia) twice a week (hybrid model).
