We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RPA Technical Lead with strong expertise in UiPath and a solid foundation in software development. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions using UiPath and other relevant technologies.
- Document architectural decisions and designs for development teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Assess automation feasibility and convert needs into detailed technical designs and workflows.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for RPA development.
- Lead a team of RPA developers, acting as the solution architect for enterprise-level projects.
- Provide code reviews, technical coaching, and continuous feedback to enhance team capabilities.
- Promote the use of reusable components, templates, and frameworks to ensure high-quality and efficient automation delivery.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of issues across automation processes and environments.
- Drive continuous learning within the team by sharing knowledge on UiPath and emerging automation technologies.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, delivery tracking, and ensuring up-to-date project documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation aligned with internal SDLC and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support change management and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with UiPath and 3 years in programming (e.g., scripting, SQL, application development).
- Proven expertise in process analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
