RPA Engineer (UiPath & Agentic AI) - 1-Year Contract

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to join our team on a 1-year contract. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation and agent-based workflows, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in UiPath and intelligent automation platforms.

This role is suitable for developers ranging from junior to senior level, provided they demonstrate strong hands-on capability, problem-solving skills, and experience working on real-world automation or AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement agentic AI solutions to automate complex business processes

• Build and enhance UiPath workflows, including AI-enabled and decision-based automation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, BAs, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Integrate AI models, APIs, and third-party systems into automation workflows

• Perform testing, debugging, optimisation, and documentation of automation solutions

• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation and AI agents

• Adhere to development best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks

Key Requirements

• 5 years or more of development experience

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or AI-driven workflow design

• UiPath experience preferred (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding, etc.)

• Strong programming fundamentals (e.g. Python, C#, Java, or similar)

• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data sources

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, decision engines, or autonomous agents

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent)

Experience with GenAI, LLMs, or AI agents (e.g. prompt orchestration, decision agents)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Prior experience in enterprise or regulated environments

Contract Length: 1 year
