Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior RPA Developer, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions (3+ years solid experience).
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath (highly preferred), Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Automation (BPA), and workflow management.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or .NET.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data integration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in automated processes.
- Previous knowledge in one or more of the specified domains: Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Marketing, Hospitality, Call Centres.
- Working knowledge of Unattended, Attended, and Hybrid robot setups.
- A good automation and innovative mindset.
Desired Skills:
- RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
- Prior experience with UiPath Cloud Orchestrator or other UiPath services and products.
- Exposure to machine learning, AI/Generative AI, or advanced data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
- Implement end-to-end automation solutions, including bot development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of RPA bots to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Configure RPA or automation-related binaries, components, and clients.
- Provide support and training to users on RPA tools and best practices.
- Document process automation and create technical documentation for RPA solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and recommend improvements.
- Present project status and progress to different levels of audience and business sectors.
- Work closely with enterprise architects and IT security team to ensure compliance with requirements.
