Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically strong RPA Developer to support our client onsite. This role offers high autonomy and ownership-you will lead the full end-to-end delivery of automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support. It is suited for someone who enjoys independence and is motivated to deliver real business impact through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using the LAIYE RPA platform.
- Lead the entire project lifecycle: process analysis, documentation (PDD/SDD), development, UAT, and production handover.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain existing bots to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure all solutions follow best practices for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in building RPA solutions and delivering automation projects.
- Strong understanding of RPA principles, best practices, and solution design patterns.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across the full project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Python and/or VB.Net scripting or programming.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- LAIYE RPA Developer Certification is a strong advantage but optional.
