Room Attendant

The role is responsible for routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and/or public areas of the Hotel.

Primary responsibilities

. To clean guests bedroom and/or bathroom.

. To ensure cleanliness of the public areas of Hotel.

. To replenish room amenities according to the operational standards.

. To ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.

. To anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.

. To perform thorough cleaning duties.

. To comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.

. To carry out other duties as and when assigned by your Superior and/or the Management.
