Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Processing of work pass applications/renewals/cancellations (WPOL/EPOL) and liaise with relevant authorities/embassies on foreign workers related matters.

  • Manage recruitment for office including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.

  • New employee's on-boarding, new staff orientation, benefits administration, performance management and exit process.

  • Assist in managing and controlling foreign workers benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits, etc, as per Company's HR policies and procedures.

  • Process work injury case and liaise with insurance agent/insurance compensation claim process.

  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing and other payroll administration including attendance and overtime checking.

  • Manage and support in training arrangement and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in the related field.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading and editing skills.
  • Ability to independently resolve routine problems and issues.
  • At least 3 years experience of related working experiences.
