Robotics Market & Partnership Intern

Role Overview:

Support commercial engagement, customer development and partnership structuring for Certis Robotics solutions across security, integrated facilities management and embodied AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Engagement

• Support preparation of customer presentations, proposals and executive briefing materials
• Research customer industries and robotics adoption opportunities
• Assist in identifying and qualifying new commercial opportunities

Business Development

• Support commercial discussions with customers and partners
• Prepare commercial comparison tables and business cases
• Support tender related research and opportunity tracking
• Assist in partnership agreement preparation and commercial documentation

Market Development

• Conduct sector analysis across security, logistics, hospitality, healthcare and smart cities
• Monitor market developments, customer requirements and competitor activities
• Support planning of proof of concept projects and customer engagements

AI Market Intelligence

• Design AI workflows to automate collection of robotics and AI market intelligence
• Develop tools using AI coding agents (e.g. Codex or equivalent) to gather, organize and summarize market information
• Build automated monitoring of competitors, partnerships, pricing, product launches, funding, hiring trends and technology developments
• Develop dashboards and executive reports for Robotics Leadership

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines
• Strong interest in AI, robotics and technology commercialization
• Good problem-solving, communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Able to organise information clearly and use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
