Robotics Engineer

Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and maintain robotic systems and autonomous technologies. Implement control algorithms and machine learning solutions. Integrate hardware and software components. Troubleshoot and optimize robot performance in collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robotic systems and autonomous technologies to meet operational requirements
• Develop and implement robotics software, control algorithms, and machine learning solutions to enhance robot functionality
• Integrate robot hardware, sensors, and computing systems to ensure seamless operation
• Install, configure, and deploy robots for real-world applications, ensuring readiness and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robot hardware, software, and system performance to maintain uptime
• Conduct testing and performance evaluations to verify reliable and efficient robot operation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve robotic systems and develop innovative solutions for complex challenges
• Manage assigned tasks independently and contribute effectively within team projects
• Communicate technical information clearly to team members and stakeholders
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to advance robotics capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in the development and implementation of robotics, machine learning, or control algorithms
• Knowledge of robotics, control systems, and machine learning principles to support system development
• Demonstrated experience implementing and evaluating end-to-end robot learning systems
