We work across AMR/AGV, material handling, cleaning robots, service robotics and automation solutions, supporting customers from solution design and integration through deployment and after-sales support.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Robotics Application Engineer to support the deployment, integration and operation of robotics solutions at customer sites in Singapore.

You will work closely with customers, technology partners and our regional team to turn robotics technologies into reliable, practical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and commission AMR/AGV and robotic systems at customer sites
• Conduct site surveys, testing, PoCs and operational trials
• Configure robot navigation, mapping, missions and workflows
• Support integration with customer equipment and systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Provide technical training and on-site support to customers
• Coordinate with overseas OEM and engineering teams on technical issues
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment reports and project updates
• Support projects across Singapore and, when required, Southeast Asia

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong fresh graduates may also be considered
• Hands-on experience with robotics, AMR/AGV, automation or industrial equipment is an advantage
• Basic understanding of sensors, networking, electrical systems and robot configuration
• PLC, ROS/ROS2, Python, Linux or API integration experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working directly at customer sites
• Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on mindset
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia when required
