Job Description:
- Oversee and maintain a safe, productive work environment for all on-site workers
- Oversee, manage, and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications
- Maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and develop and approve corrective action plans
- Support all phases of construction from planning to completion, including subcontractor bidding, design review, and project oversight
- Ensure that projects are on schedule
- Maintain daily records
- Provide assistance to construction workers as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years Experience in the construction industry required.
- Have mentality to work in Sunday and Public holiday
- Day shift and Night shift Rotation work, so need to have strong mind setup
- Experience in a leadership role recommended
- Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects
- Must have Physical Work Experience
- Young Energetic and Fit for physical work.
