About the Job:

My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Risk Manager to join its credit and portfolio risk team in Singapore.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead credit assessments for lessee and counterparty approvals across Asia-Pacific
• Conduct financial and strategic due diligence, including senior stakeholder engagement
• Prepare internal credit memos and present recommendations to the risk committee
• Monitor jurisdictional, macroeconomic, and portfolio-wide exposures
• Support restructuring efforts and drive recovery strategies where needed

Qualifications:

• 46 years of relevant experience in credit, risk, or financial analysis, ideally in aviation or financial services
• Degree-qualified in Economics, Accountancy, or a related discipline
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial acumen
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience conducting onsite customer assessments is preferred
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required
