Risk Management Manager

This role supports the ERM Director in developing and executing the enterprise risk management framework for a global asset management business, ensuring alignment with business strategy. The Enterprise Risk Management Specialist will design risk appetite frameworks, manage emerging and transformational risks, and enhance risk culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implementRisk Appetite and Tolerance Limits aligned with business strategy.
• Formulate recommendations for Key Risk Indicators for monitoring and standardized reporting.
• Build and implement Emerging Risk Management Framework and maintain emerging risk register.
• Drive risk culture initiatives in collaboration with Comms and HR, including workshops and activities.
• Implement second-line responsibilities for Group Transformation Standards and conduct related training.
• Support major transformation projects (e.g., platform migration) by challenging risks and ensuring robust risk oversight.
• Maintain Risk Management Guidance and manage risk libraries.
• Provide risk advice and liaise with Group teams on risk-related matters.
• Oversee policy governance and maintain centralized repository of policies and standards.
• Support BAU risk programs, including RCSA processes and incident management.

Minimum qualifications

• 710+ years of experience in enterprise risk management (ERM), with exposure to operational risk framework.
• Exposure to transformation and ESG risk will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of risk culture programs and ability to run workshops for risk appetite and culture activities.
• Familiarity with enterprise and/or operational risk issues, standards, and asset management best practices.
• Experience in transformation/business projects, preferably with operations or asset management background.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Graduate/post-graduate degree in a related field.
