Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
- Design, execute, and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
- Enhance employee awareness and understanding of risk management practices, including BCM and BCP.
- Collaborate with risk owners to conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential risks.
- Monitor risk exposure and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on risk management practices.
- Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with risk management policies.
- Willing to travel frequently to Batam as required.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
