Risk Management Executive (Junior Role)

About the Role
Support the strategy, execution, and monitoring of enterprise risk and compliance initiatives across all business functions. This role partners with business leaders to identify vulnerabilities, reinforce internal controls, and maintain regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the company's risk management framework to ensure effective risk identification and mitigation
• Lead cross-functional risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and oversee implementation of mitigation actions
• Audit and improve internal policies, workflows, and control mechanisms to strengthen operational compliance
• Track and report compliance status with regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure adherence
• Coordinate audit readiness activities and manage timely resolution of audit findings to maintain compliance standards
• Prepare detailed management reports and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation for transparency
• Execute additional risk and governance tasks as assigned to support enterprise risk management objectives
