Risk Management & Compliance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Conduct financial and non-financial compliance audits, including reviewing internal control processes.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate compliance risks, and monitor adherence to company policies
• Manage Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption initiatives, including coordinating training and employee awareness programs.
• Support the development, implementation, and review of company policies and compliance frameworks.
• Liaise with insurance brokers for annual policy renewals and assist in managing insurance claims.
• Coordinate and communicate with China HQ on corporate announcements, notices, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for headquarters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance processes and internal controls.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on compliance matters.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or risk management fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend solutions.

• High level of integrity, strong work ethics, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Good organizational and reporting skills with adetail-oriented mindset.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across all levels.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools or compliance monitoring systems is an added advantage.

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively and prepare written reports in both languages.
