This role is pivotal in protecting our company and our clients from financial, operational, and reputational risks. You will be the cornerstone of trust, designing and implementing risk frameworks that safeguard client data, ensure system resilience, and comply with financial regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in risk management, compliance, or audit, with a significant portion within the financial technology (FinTech) or financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of the financial industry and its operational, market, and regulatory risks.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and application security principles. Experience with CRM systems is a significant advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- A Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
