Job Description
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the APAC region, including risk assessments, controls, and reporting.
- Maintain and update risk registers, assist with scenario analysis, and support periodic risk and control reviews.
- Support local compliance activities, including regulatory monitoring, internal policy adherence, and coordination on financial crime matters where required.
- Assist with regulatory submissions, audits, and reviews, ensuring documentation and responses are accurate and timely.
- Support the execution of risk and compliance work plans, including preparation of internal reports and governance materials.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 4 years of experience in risk and compliance within the insurance industry.
- Experience supporting risk management and regulatory compliance activities within a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory expectations relevant to insurance operations.
- Strong organisational, documentation, and analytical skills, with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global stakeholders
