Risk Analyst

Job Title: Risk Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our Singapore office, supporting our refined products trading business. As part of a fast growing energy trading company, you will play a key role in monitoring daily performance and market risk while gaining hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of commodity trading—both physical and financial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and deliver daily PnL, position, and risk exposure reports
• Monitor trading activity against defined risk limits and escalate breaches
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, pricing, and product developments
• Support month-end and year-end processes in coordination with accounting teams
• Assist in developing and enhancing risk reporting tools and CTRM/ETRM systems

Skills & Experience:

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in risk, trading support, or market analysis
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Sound understanding of pricing and hedging in physical commodity markets
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with CTRM/ETRM systems is a strong advantage
