Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled RF Power Amplifier Design Engineer to lead the design, simulation, and validation of high-performance PA circuits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RF design, impedance matching, and lab testing, with strong collaboration skills across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PA circuits focusing on efficiency, gain, and linearity.
- Perform schematic capture, simulations (ADS, AWR HFSS/CST a plus), and guide PCB layout.
- Conduct lab validation using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Collaborate with system architects, RF/digital engineers, and layout teams.
- Deliver prototypes and support product development with documentation and testing . Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RF PA design and development.
- Proficient in RF simulation tools (ADS, AWR) EM tools like HFSS/CST are a plus.
- Strong understanding of impedance matching, load-pull, and stability analysis.
- Hands-on lab testing skills with RF instruments.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
