The Talent
CA/CPA qualification and/or a Degree in Accountancy with 5 years of experience in revenue accounting, accounts receivable, audit, or financial close/analysis.
Strong ability to work independently, manage priorities, and navigate complex operational environments.
Experience in digital marketplace accounting and reconciliations within high-volume data environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills-capable of converting data into actionable insights.
Experience with SAP preferred exposure to automation tools, data systems, or multisystem environments is a plus.
Job Description
Support revenue accounting and serve as the accounting contact for a digital marketplace platform across SEA Region.
Oversee the full ordertocash accounting process within a shared service delivery model.
Monitor BPO performance, including sales and settlement reconciliations, variance investigation, and monthend revenue accruals.
Address process escalations, review procedures, and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare monthend financial reporting and analytics, turning data into actionable insights.
Align with Corporate Accounting teams on accounting impacts related to digital marketplace operations.
Partner with Country Controllers and Tax teams to ensure statutory and tax compliance.
Support business operations by ensuring data accuracy, validating platform charges, and enabling smooth retail moment execution and collections.
Work with Business, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues and support system testing.
Identify automation opportunities and improvements in the ordertocash process.
Collaborate with regional Finance & Controlling teams, cross-functional partners, and BPO teams.
