RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
- Maintain POS systems and Business management systems
- Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
- Maintain sales staff schedule according to company standards
- Lead the sale teams to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Able to utilize in-store resources, marketing and visual techniques to drive footfall.
- Ad-hoc duties tasked by manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Women's fashion store requires sales staff to try while on the job, so preferably female.
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Team leader with excellent communication skills
- A people person with the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from a multilingual environment
- Dynamic, reliable, responsible, energetic, positive, and driven to exceed targets
- Strong focus on team development and overall team performance
- Keen to challenge yourself in a competitive market
- Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
