What you'll be doing

. Lead and support the retail team to deliver excellent customer service

. Assist customers with product selection, answer inquiries, and process sales transactions accurately

. Maintain a tidy, organised, and well-stocked retail environment

. Monitor inventory, coordinate deliveries, and manage stock replenishment efficiently

. Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising and promotional activities

. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and store operations

. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager or Area Manager

What we're looking for

. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

. Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player

. Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and demands
