The Retail Supervisor assists the Operations Manager in overseeing the work of retail staff in the company and helps to monitor employee activity, coordinating the buying and receiving of purchase order solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Helping the team understand performance targets and goals
- Scheduling work roster
- Ensuring the overall delivery and quality of the products to customers
- Ensuring that employees are properly trained for their specific roles
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the Management from time to time
- Retail Stock management, ordering & supplier liase management, inventory management, waste management
- Work closely with Butchery department for other operational stock needs
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in retail operation and customer service
- Diploma in retail, customer service or any relevant courses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work well under pressure when store is busy
- Team work
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Work place: Great World City
- 6 days work week
