- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Lead and support the retail team by providing guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training.
- Review sales performance and work with the store manager to achieve store targets and improve results.
- Oversee inventory activities, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and maintaining attractive merchandise displays.
Requirements
- GCE N and above
- At least 5 years of supervising experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and people skills with a strong customer service orientation.
