Ensure compliance with visual merchandising and store maintenance standards for a consistent store ambiance. Identify underperforming personnel and implement targeted development and support measures. Recognise individual contributions and communicate performance feedback constructively. Develop and execute strategies to address key business challenges and drive desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three to five years of experience in store management within the retail or service industry. Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential. Proven capability to motivate teams to exceed performance standards. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent client service and communication skills. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
