Job Description:
Team Leadership
-Supervise and train department staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
-Create work schedules and delegate tasks to optimize department productivity.
-Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
Customer Service & Sales Management
-Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Foster a welcoming and positive shopping environment.
-Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve department goals.
-Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and displays.
-Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Inventory Control & Merchandising
-Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company guidelines.
-Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
-Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product placement.
-Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and replenishment.
-Assist in ordering and receiving merchandise as needed.
-Maintain accurate records related to sales, inventory, and staffing.
Other duties include, but are not limited to:
-Prepare reports for management on department performance and staffing needs.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
