Retail Supervisor (Branded Fashion)

Location: Ngee Ann City, Orchard

Salary: Basic + Incentives

Working Hours: (5-day work week)

• Sunday - Thursday: 10:00am - 8:30pm

• Friday & Saturday: 10:00am - 9:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and supervise staff

• Handle VIP customers and deliver excellent customer service

• Drive sales and support business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Levels or equivalent

• At least 3 years experience in fashion retail

• Experience handling VIP customers
