Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500

• Location: Marina Bay Sands

• Working hours: Monday - Friday (5 days a week, including weekends), retail hours

• Variable Bonus + Commission

Job Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.

• Oversaw inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure optimal stock availability.

• Delivered high standards of customer service, resolving issues and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

• Executed sales strategies, monitored KPIs, and ensured efficient daily operations.

• Ensured compliance with company policies, safety standards, and security procedures.

• Handled daily cash operations, reporting, and administrative documentation for management review.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of retail or store management experience.

• Experience leading and motivating retail teams.

• Hands-on knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Sales-driven with ability to monitor performance and achieve targets.

• Comfortable with reporting, administration, and POS systems.

• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
