A leading European luxury clothing brand is seeking a retail professional to join them as a Retail Store Supervisor. If you are passionate about fashion, sales-driven and strong in client management, this is a great opportunity to develop your career in the luxury fashion industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Retail Associates
• Conduct daily briefings to team members before the start of shift duty
• Support and motivate the team to achieve daily sales & monthly targets
• Develop operations plans for the team and ensure that those plans are executed
• Preparation and updating of duty roster

Job Requirements:

• Posses at least 2-3 years of experience at a team lead/ supervisory level in luxury retail
• Able to work store/ retail hours (weekends/public holidays)
• Good leadership skills to effectively oversee and manage the team.
• Sales-driven with a passion for customer experience
