What will I do on a day-to-day basis
This role is responsible for driving retail performance and achieving commercial objectives through effective leadership and operational excellence. It focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, mentoring a high-performing sales teams, and ensuring continuously elevated showroom standards. The position requires strong commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to implement strategies that maximise sales, maintain profitability, and enhance client relationships.
