RETAIL SHOP SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate sales staff handle grievances and performance issues.
• Customer Service: Ensure prompt, quality service, resolve complaints, and build customer loyalty.
• Operations: Oversee daily store opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Sales & Merchandising: Implement sales strategies, monitor performance, arrange displays, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Inventory control : Manage stock levels, order new products, and conduct inventory counts.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on sales, staff productivity, and store metrics for management.
