Retail Store Senior Associate
- Achieving and maintaining sales KPIs
- Responsible in attending to customers enquiries on products
- Responsible in recommending products to their preference and needs
- In charge of opening and closing of store
- Track and manage inventory at the store
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and perform regular check and ensure store's cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Proficient user in MS office software and POS system
- Service oriented and passionate to go the extra miles for customers
- Passionate & competitive in sales
- Honest and disciplined and have a friendly disposition
- Good team player with good working attitude
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience preferred
- Remuneration commensurate with experience
- Remuneration Package: Basic $2380 + Personal Sales Commission
