Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are tidy and well-presented
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude
- Follow organisation policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
Requirements
- Working time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and one Sunday morning each month.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cashier and POS system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluence in English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A team player with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Reliable and punctual
