Retail Service Merchandiser (Junior)

Role Overview
Supports day-to-day store servicing to ensure shelves are stocked, displays are maintained, and basic merchandising standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Servicing & Replenishment
- Visit assigned outlets based on fixed schedule
- Replenish stocks and ensure products are properly displayed
- Ensure price tags and labels are accurate and updated
- Maintain cleanliness and basic visual standards of shelves
2. Inventory Support
- Monitor stock levels and report low/out-of-stock items
- Assist in stock counts and highlight discrepancies
- Support simple returns or stock movement when required
3. Basic Merchandising Execution
- Set up simple displays and follow provided planograms
- Ensure key SKUs are placed in visible and accessible areas
4. Reporting
- Submit store visit reports with photos on time
- Highlight basic issues (OOS, damaged items, missing price tags)
Requirements
- Entry-level or 1-2 years of retail/merchandising experience
- Responsible and able to follow instructions
- Willing to travel between outlets
- Basic mobile reporting skills
