RETAIL SALES SPECIALIST

In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer's needs and recommend suitable bicycles, accessories, and services.

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, availability, and specifications.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktake activities.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our bicycles, accessories, apparel, and related products.

• Stay updated on the latest cycling products and technologies to provide informed recommendations.

• Perform general retail duties, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and administrative tasks.

• Coordinate and facilitate bicycle test rides for prospective customers.

• Assist customers throughout their purchase journey including after sales service.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeated business and long-term loyalty.

• Process and fulfil online orders while ensuring excellent customer experience.

• Assist in planning, organising, and hosting cycling events, group rides, and community activities.

• Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by your supervisor or manager as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.

• Passion for cycling and an interest in bicycle technology are an advantage, but not essential-training will be provided.

• A positive attitude with a proactive, Can Do approach to work.

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously develop product knowledge.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Additional Details & Benefits

Full-time position based on a 44-hour work week, spread across 5.5 days, including weekends and public holidays.
