We're looking for a super-friendly, fun-loving, and energetic person to join our experience store team!

As our Kids Tech Experience Specialist, you'll be the star ofthe show-demonstrating cool gadgets, guiding parents through the features and creating unforgettable moments for kids and families.

Who We're Looking For

• You LOVE kids! You're patient, kind, and know how to make children feel happy and safe.
• You're a natural storyteller who can explain tech in a fun, simple way.
• You're friendly & approachable-parents and kids feel comfortable with you instantly.
• You're energetic & proactive-you don't just wait for people to come to you you go create the magic!
• Able to speak English (and Mandarin is a plus!)
• Experience with retail, kids products, or tech is a bonus -but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Engage parents and children to introduce and demo kids'tech products
• Explain features clearly and recommend suitable options
• Drive sales and meet daily/monthly targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure stock readiness
• Support events or roadshows when required

Requirements

• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable interacting with kids and parents
• Confident, proactive, and customerfocused
• Techsavvy and quick learner
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
• Must be able to work retail shifts including weekendsand public holidays
