Job Description:

Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop
Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience as well as sales and to ensure that customer needs are met to brand standards
Creating connections and building rapport with customer to maintain long-term relationships
Ensure complaints are well resolved
Adhering to established standard operation procedures in terms of the handling of cash and assets
Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
Conducting monthly stock check and to maintain accurate stock records
