Ensure all assigned outlets operate efficiently.
Follow up, review, and monitor training outcomes efficiently and effectively to ensure positive results.
Job Requirements
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail or sales environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a sales team in line with company direction and culture.
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve monthly sales targets, with a strong passion for sales.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
