Our client is a well-established luxury watch retailer in Singapore, the company is an authorized retailer for several internationally renowned luxury watch brands and is known for its strong product expertise and commitment to high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in a luxury retail environment
- Assist customers in selecting high-end watches and accessories
- Maintain strong product knowledge of luxury watch brands
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Ensure the store maintains a high standard of presentation and service
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury products and customer service
