Retail Sales Executive (Optical Shop)

Location: Central

Working hours: 11am to 830pm (5 day week)

Key Responsibilities:

The Retail Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting eyewear products, and supporting daily shop operations to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience.

. Greet and assist customers in choosing lenses, and optical accessories.

. Provide product information and recommendations based on customers needs and prescriptions.

. Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

. Process sales transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.

. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the shop is clean and well-organized.

. Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and restocking displays.

. Support the optometrist in scheduling eye examinations and managing appointments.

. Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Requirements:

. Nitec or equivalent

. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (optical experience an advantage).

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Sales-driven, customer-focused, and team-oriented

. Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
