Retail Sales Executive (Pawnshop)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pawn, sales, and redemption transactions
• Provide product knowledge on jewellery and gold.
• Perform basic valuation and authentication (training provided)
• Handle payments, documentation, and POS transactions
• Maintain store presentation and inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• No experience required - training will be provided
• Passion for customer service and sales
• Positive attitude, trustworthy, and willing to learn
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in jewellery, pawnbroking or retail will be an advantage
