About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Mt.Sapola. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. What you'll be doing
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive shopping experience
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective selling techniques and upselling
- Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring optimal product presentation
- Accurately process cash and card transactions, handle customer inquiries, and process returns or exchanges
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly, including inventory management and stock replenishment
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
What we're looking for
- With or without previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the consumer products or fashion industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Enthusiasm for the retail industry and a passion for delivering a positive shopping experience
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
