We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Executive cum Repair Technician. This is a dual-role position where you will provide excellent customer service on the retail floor while also performing mobile phone, tablet, and laptop repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile accessories, phones, and trade-in services.
- Provide professional advice and build trust with customers.
- Perform mobile phone, tablet, and laptop repairs (LCD replacement, battery replacement, diagnostics, software troubleshooting, etc.).
- Maintain accurate sales and repair records in the POS system.
- Uphold housekeeping standards, merchandising displays, and shop cleanliness.
- Ensure repairs meet company quality control standards and explain work done to customers.
- Support inventory management (receiving stock, tagging, stock counts).
- Handle customer issues professionally, ensuring high service satisfaction.
Requirements
- Nitec / Diploma in Electronics, IT, or related field preferred (training will be provided).
- Prior experience in mobile repair (screens, batteries, basic board-level knowledge) is a strong advantage.
- Retail sales/customer service background highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil an advantage).
- Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
