The Role

As a Senior Bridal Stylist, you will take ownership of the bride's journey—from the first consultation and gown discovery to confirmation, styling, follow-up and long-term relationship management.

You will be expected to understand each bride beyond her immediate request: her personality, proportions, wedding vision, priorities and budget. Through expert consultation and thoughtful recommendations, you will help her build a complete bridal wardrobe while delivering a deeply personal luxury experience.

You will also serve as a role model within the sales team, contributing to higher service standards, stronger conversion and consistent revenue growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Conduct high-touch bridal consultations with warmth, confidence and strong fashion authority.
• Diagnose each bride's needs through thoughtful questioning and active listening.
• Curate gowns based on her personality, proportions, venue, wedding vision and budget.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients confidently through complex or emotional decisions.
• Present pricing, packages, policies and timelines with clarity and accuracy.
• Convert qualified appointments into confirmed sales through consultative—not aggressive—selling.
• Follow up consistently with undecided brides and nurture relationships across longer sales cycles.
• Identify opportunities for thoughtful upgrades, additional gowns, accessories and complete bridal styling.
• Maintain ownership of every client relationship from consultation through handover.
• Keep detailed and accurate client, product, payment and follow-up records.
• Work closely with operations, fittings and alterations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Proactively ensuring precise communication and expectation-setting.
• Build referral relationships with brides, planners, venues and luxury-industry partners.
• Support events, trunk shows, overseas showcases and VIP appointments.
• Coach junior stylists and contribute to the continuous improvement of the boutique's sales standards.

Requirements

• Min. 5-7 years experience in luxury retail, sales, or client-facing roles

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong emotional intelligence and poise under pressure

• A high sense of personal presentation and style

• Able to work weekends and boutique events

• A passion for fashion, beauty, and serving with heart
